Jachan Henry Mandir is the Dean of Students and Assistant Registrar – Admissions at ISBAT University, positions he has held since October 2025 following his promotion from Head of Student Services, a role he served in from 2020.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration ISBAT University. Throughout his career, he has been committed to fostering student success by promoting academic excellence, student welfare and holistic personal development. His leadership focuses on creating a supportive, inclusive and engaging university environment where students are empowered to achieve their full potential.

He is dedicated to mentoring students, strengthening student support systems and contributing to institutional growth through effective academic administration and student-centred leadership.
