An admired teaching and research faculty member in the areas of Applied Economics, Management Research and Marketing over past 25 years with impactful scholarly research outputs in his chosen research domain. An Institutional brand builder with developing industry-oriented curriculum designing, industry-academic collaboration and academic partnership with HEIs within and outside the country. Dr.PG taught courses like managerial economics, research methodology, marketing, retailing, services marketing, international marketing, strategic management, etc., at Undergraduate, Graduate and Doctoral programs in India, Rwanda, Indonesia and Malaysia. His research areas include customer choice, customer experience and engagement, and service innovation. Gained knowledge and experience in accreditation processes and standards of International Accreditation bodies namely, AACSB as well as ACBSP for business school programs. Published five books/edited books, more than 75 research papers in Scopus Indexed/ABDC/Peer Reviewed Journals (like Journal of Global Marketing, Corporate Reputation Review, Health Marketing Quarterly, Sustainability, etc.), more than 20 book chapters, 18 teaching case studies, and presented more than 100 research articles in reputed national/internal conferences including USA, UAE, Rwanda, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and Singapore.
