I’m an IT professional with 9+ years’ experience in software engineering, computer networks, project management, strategic planning & management. I hold BSc Computer Science, PGD IT, Masters in Public Administration, MSc.IT. Research focuses on blockchain, digital health, health informatics, IT governance, information systems.
Service
I’ve worked as Regional IT Officer at BRAC Uganda, managing IT infrastructure, digital transformation, training over 300 staff, and more than 1,000 community health workers(CHWs) in Busoga subregion. Previously, I was a software engineer at HRP Solutions, contributing to systems development, and also consults in software engineering, health systems, analytics, and IT governance.

Research
My research focuses on applying emerging technologies and information systems in healthcare and public service delivery. My research includes a Master’s study on a Blockchain-Based Healthcare Management System, examining improvements in security, integrity, interoperability, and privacy of patient records, and research on digital health and maternal healthcare at Iganga General Hospital.
