Service
Currently serving at ISBAT University, Kampala, Uganda, in the areas of ICT infrastructure, cybersecurity training, network administration, and digital technology implementation. His responsibilities include managing critical ICT systems, supporting academic technology infrastructure, conducting cybersecurity and networking training, coordinating lab deployments, and contributing to digital transformation initiatives across the university.
He has played a key role in the development and support of advanced ICT and cybersecurity labs, including networking, virtualization, cloud, security monitoring, system administration, and hands-on practical training environments for students. He has also been actively involved in cybersecurity awareness, Microsoft Defender implementation, SOC-related activities, and real-world practical learning initiatives.
Prior to his current role, he served as Senior ICT Architect at Future Technologies Limited, Kampala, Uganda, from May 2010 to April 2015, where he was involved in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise ICT infrastructure solutions, data center deployments, networking systems, virtualization environments, and client technology projects.
He also worked as Systems and Network Engineer at Alan Group Limited, Kampala, Uganda, from July 2007 to April 2010, where he gained strong foundational experience in network administration, server management, system troubleshooting, user support, and IT infrastructure operations.
Over the course of his career, he has developed expertise in enterprise networking, cybersecurity operations, Microsoft technologies, Cisco technologies, virtualization platforms, cloud solutions, firewall management, endpoint protection, and IT service management.
