Celebrating Excellence and Innovation
The 18th Graduation Ceremony was graced by distinguished guests, including the Executive Director of the National Council for Higher Education (NCHE), Professor Mary J. N. Okwakol, and Mr. George William Nyombi Thembo, the Executive Director of the Uganda Communications Commission (UCC), alongside delegates from UCAM University, Spain — reflecting ISBAT University’s growing international collaborations.
